The Plant is located in Huangyan--the kingdom of fine chemical. It is 15km from Huangyan airport with airliners to Beijing, Shanghai, Shenyang, Wuhan, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Zhengzhou and so on, and still 15km from Haimen, Zhejiang --an open deepwater port, with shipping liners to Hongkong, Japan, India and so on. And with 104 national highway acrossing it, the plant enjoyes convenient transportation. As far as scenery is concerned, the plant is bordering with Yandang Mountains--one of the national top ten scenic spots to the south, Guoqing Temple and Shiliang Waterfall to the North, Putuo Mountain to the east and Songyan Mountain to the west.

The plant is pointed as the production base of fine chemical by the Economic and Trade Commission and Chemical Industry Misnitry of PRC in June,1995. It enjoyes powerful production capacity and advantageouss invironmental condition.

The new workshop of the plant lies in the Chengguan Chemical Zone of Huangyan, with Yongning River to the north and being directly connected with East Sea. The plant invited professions from universities and institutes as its technical support. Depending on the geographic advantages,support from customers and over ten years of production experience, the plant now has the ability of producing various products of pharmaceutical, pesticide, chemical solvent and adhesive. Expprted products like 8-hydroxyquinoline, receive praises for the good quality. The had been entitled as"'AA' Credit Enterprise" from 1995 to 2001. In addition, in 2001, it sucessfully received the certificate of ISO9001:2000 quality system certification.
